Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
Items purchased directly from our website can be returned or exchanged within 14 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible, products must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition, including all packaging, accessories, and any promotional items.
Please note that items purchased from third-party platforms or physical retail stores are not eligible for return or exchange through our online process.
Conditions for Refunds
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 14 days, provided the items remain in their original, unopened condition. For items that have been opened, refunds or exchanges are considered only in cases of confirmed manufacturing defects or shipping errors.
Refunds will be issued either through the original payment method or as a store credit/voucher, based on your preference. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund process to be completed.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been shipped.
For orders that have already been dispatched, cancellations can only be processed upon confirmation from the shipping company.
Shipping Charges
Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item has a verified quality issue or was shipped in error. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Documentation Requirements
